Susan Southwick Class of 1976 Gary Southwick - a former Cougar footballer 425.408.1306 Preservation Kitchen celebrates sharing a good meal with friends and family. We believe that all great things begin at the dinner table. Located in historic downtown Bothell, it began in 1916 as the Kaysner Estate. Today, Gary and Susan Southwick are the owners, and they also own Main Street AleHouse and Eatery in down town Bothell. They fell in love with the estate's sprawling grounds, original brick, craftsman woodwork, lead glass windows and two fireplaces. They spent five months restoring the property and building the new bar. They enjoy owning a restaurant that supports local businesses and promotes seasonal cuisine.
