This impressive facility is open to the public and provides free tours. Anyone can tour the area, plus the facility has a large, panoramic-view conference room that may be rented for business meetings or retreats.
Wild Horse Wind and Solar Facility – has 149 turbines spanning across 10,000 acres. The giant wind turbines can generate up to 273 megawatts of electricity, enough to serve more than 80,000 homes.
Wild Horse also includes one of the Pacific Northwest's largest solar-power arrays.
