Olympic Sculpture Park on the Seattle Waterfront
Art, Walking tour, seattle waterfront, seattle walking tour, picnic, sculpture, outdoor art
Visit Seattle Art Museum’s outdoor Sculpture Park located at the north end of Seattle’s central waterfront. This park is free to the public and it includes internationally recognized art pieces in an outdoor setting with views of the Puget Sound, the Olympic Mountain Range, and more. We can begin this tour at Pier 55 by taking the free #99 bus. The Olympic Sculpture Park is located at the northernmost stop of the free #99 bus next to Pier 70 (the last pier of the old historical docks). Or you can park in the area, and begin the tour at Broad St. and Alaskan Way. Either way we begin the walk enjoying the waterfront side of the sculpture park. Beginning with the art along the waterfront, we then make our way several blocks up the hill toward Seattle Center. This tour contains info on all the sculpture installations in the park. Our guide is Laurel, an actress and professional guide.
