Neil Fallon grew up in Tacoma where his father was the longtime Athletic Director and VP of Student Activities for Bellarmine Prep. Following his graduation from Northwestern University, Neil returned to his home turf in Tacoma where the past twenty years he’s been active in real estate development. Early in 2011Neil launched The American Brewing Company, located just a few blocks from the waterfront in Edmonds, WA.
Neil Fallon has teamed up with a well-known head brewer in this region (and winner of national awards) Skip Madsen. This duo has formed the new micro-brewery from the ground up. To beer aficionados, Madsen is iconic in the Pacific Northwest micro-brewery industry. His history includes brewing for Pikes Brewing Company, Big Time Brewery, Waterstreet Brewing, and, most notably, his years at Bellingham’s Boundary Bay Brewing Company where he created a string of award-winning ales and lagers.
