Ferry Wahkiakum ~ Ride the last Ferry on the Lower Columbia River
The last remaining Ferry operating on the lower Columbia River connects Puget Island, WA to Westport, Oregon. The island has many historic sites and provides facilities for jogging, bicycling, and other outdoor activities including picnicking, swimming, beachcombing, fishing and boating.
The ferry runs hourly (on the hour from the Washington side and 15 minutes after the hour from the Oregon side) from 5 a.m.-10:15 p.m. 365 days a year. Lunch time service is sometimes interrupted.
