Originally constructed by Henry R. Merchant in 1920 as a funeral parlor, the Asotin County Museum now houses thousands of artifacts from the region’s history. A number of structures are located on the grounds for viewing, including a pioneer house, a sheepherder’s cabin, the one-room schoolhouse, a blacksmith’s shop, even a Nez Perce teepee.
Admission is FREE – donations appreciated
Hours: Tuesday - Saturday, 10am to 2pm
