STG's Nights at the Neptune series features eight FREE performances at the Neptune Theatre. Local Arts – Local Artists – Global Issues Nights at the Neptune is a series of summer events, offered free to the public and to the artists. Here's how it works – local artists/arts organizations respond to a call for artists. A panel of local artists, entrepreneurs, activists and advocates who select the final list of participants review applications. The Neptune Theatre is opened to the artists, for free, to mount a performance, also free to the public. This is performing arts by the people, for the people with an emphasis on presentations that address issues of race and social justice. This is A People's Theatre Joint!
