You can ride this train from Snoqualmie to North Bend and to the Snoqualmie Falls where the train stops at the top of the 270 foot waterfall for a about ten minutes. The train runs Saturdays and Sundays from April to October, plus Memorial Day, Labor Day and other select weekdays. Train departs multiple times a day throughout the afternoon for the 70-minute excursion. Fare: $15; $12 for 62-plus; $10 for ages 2-12; free for age 2 and younger. The Snoqualmie Depot (which doubles as a railway museum) is located at 38625 S.E. King St. and is open daily 10 a.m.-5 p.m for FREE. Whether at the Snoqualmie Depot or the North Bend Depot, you can hop aboard a Snoqualmie Valley Railroad coach for a 10-mile scenic ride to the top of the falls. The line operates between Snoqualmie and North Bend. Return on any train. Round trip takes approximately 70 minutes.

The YVT is listed on the National Register of Historic Places because it is the last authentic, all-original, turn-of-the-century interurban electric railroad in the United States. The degree to which the complete YVT system has been preserved is unsurpassed. Operating Season Memorial Day through Labor Day Schedule Trolleys leave the Carbarn at South 3rd Avenue and Pine Street in Yakima, hourly from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We currently operate along the Pine Street line, from 3rd Avenue to 11th Avenue and back. Douglas. The Museum Soda Fountain is a functioning replica of a late 1930s Art Deco soda fountain. Furnished with salvaged and restored parts of soda fountains which once operated in Yakima, this piece of history serves ice cream treats and other fountain favorites for visitors to the museum and Franklin Park.
